If so – the following course will definately help you, and not only that, you will be given the technique so that you can help yourself.  

My ”Overcome Your Fear of Flying ” workshops will be over 5 hours and will not involve getting on a plane.  The main techniques used for this is EFT and NLP, which are extremely effective at not only reducing, but permanently getting rid of fears & phobias very quickly, painlessley and easily.   EFT (Emotional Freedom Teqhniques) works with rebalancing your body using the chinese meridian system, while NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) helps your mind to refocus on the positive aspects.  Together they are extremely powerful tools in dealing with any issue, but this session is concentrating on Fear of Flying.

The cost for this workshop is just $100 per person, after which I feel quite confident that many of your anxieties about flying will be gone at the end of the workshop, for those fears that may be left over, you will have the knowledge and technique to deal with yourself.
